Product Features & Accessories
Easy to Use
When the insert becomes soiled all you have to do is remove the dirty insert, snap in a clean insert, and reuse your Best Bottom shell (also compatible with GoGreen One Size Champ Diapers, SoftBums Echo Diapers and Softbums Omni Diapers).
The Overnight inserts make diapering at night with no leaks a breeze! The Micro Doubler inserts are prefect for heavy wetters, long car rides, or long naps! Just snap the accessory insert into your diaper and then snap a regular insert over the top of it.
Full Circle System
When it's time to start potty training, begin by snapping your medium Best Bottom insert into your training pant. When accidents are less frequent, switch to small inserts. Once your little one is trying to use the potty on their own, start using FeelWET inserts so they can tell when accidents occur.

Top Customer Reviews
I really have to clarify a lot of the ignorant reviews on here though.
People are absolutely not even reviewing the correct product. This review is for the stay dry (microfiber). People are reviewing the hemp/organic cotton which is a completely different insert and clearly labeled differently.
First off I have both.
Stay dry is the basic one and I still like using them. It keeps baby dry. The blue thread is starting to fray on one of mine and I'm kinda disappointed because they've been lined dry and I've only had them a few weeks. Doesn't affect the function though. As with most all microfiber its keeps the smell in more than hemp so try not to let poopy diapers sit for too long in wet bag (mine was only 2 days and the one stained and smells). A strip and line dry in sun will probably do the trick.
The hemp/organic cotton is really nice and are well made. BUT I have to clarify people here who are reviewing hemp/organic cotton as "bad" or "sucks" clearly aren't following the directions for the hemp. You have to treat these differently than the stay dry.
Best Bottom clearly says in directions on the site that the hemp will not reach its full absorbancy until after 4-6 washes! Hello people do some research. That is why you are not having success with them and experiencing leaks.
The store I bought them from gives "prepping" directions for hemp before you even wear them which you can find all over the internet. Boil them for 3-5 minutes per insert in stock pot. Or just washing them 4-6 times before use. Another fast way is washing with dish soap but I prefer the other methods.Read more ›
Hemp: very slim fit, adequately absorbent, and does not hold any "sour towel" smell. However, makes baby feel very wet; fabric is not that soft.
Microfiber: very absorbent, and baby can nap in these without feeling the wetness. However, bulkier and can get a "sour towel" odor after a month or so of use and washes.

These have been great inserts, absorbing well, no stink issues, and holding up to lots of washing. My now 2 mo is at 12+ lbs and the small will fit for months to come. Read morePublished 6 days ago by My Four Girls
I LOVE BEST BOTTOM! Used the whole system with my first baby. And using the same one for my second baby. Cloth diapering has saved us a lot of money. Read morePublished 10 days ago by Jeff
I love these diapers! Easy to use and spray off in the toilet. Could be a little bit more absorbent but not leaking enough for me to stop using themPublished 22 days ago by Amazon Customer
While these inserts are fully functional, they are "seconds" quality. The stitching is all wonky around the edges. Read morePublished 25 days ago by Dustin Langton
These are freying on the edges and pilling after only a few uses and only line drying. Disappointing considering the cost.Published 28 days ago by hisgringa
We love these inserts, I use them in my pocket diapers and with my Grovia shells!Published 1 month ago by jo
