Alair is autistic and she is telling her story about her experiences with poultry exhibition and how it helped her develop. It is extremely interesting to learn how she reacted to many stresses from her point of view. As a teacher, it gives me ideas that can be used to help students with similar perceptive problems. I highly recommend this book to anyone working with children and adults that have perceptive disorders.
In addition, the resource section provides wonderful help for families facing autism.
