Mark Foster pens another beautiful masterpiece: this time of excess and consumption. He is one of the best singer/songwriters around. We are so lucky to have him to express our realities at this point in human history.

This song captures the same kind of vibe that Pumped Up Kicks did. Very catchy tune, the percussion and instrumental layering, including brass makes us want to dance, but if you listen to the lyrics, you might be hit with a surprising theme. Foster is at it again, making us think while we dance away! Who else does this in such a unique way?

I like the music and accompaniment, always do. But I always hesitate to listen to it around others in fear of offending them with the lyrics. The lyrics are a little troubling. I never know how to interpret the lyrics from Foster the People. Seems like there is always a socially significant message, but at the same time if it isn't understood it is often mistaken for promoting the opposite of what they are trying to promote. Sometimes I wonder if they are just throwing words together because they don't explain the meaning. So there message isn't getting through if there is one.

I heard this on iHeartradio and immediately put it on my playlist. The tune is catchy and the lyrics actually make sense to me. My 10-year-old daughter loves this song!
