A wealth of word problems provide one of the most attractive features, as these narratives are one of the strongest proven techniques for capturing kids' attention and interest. Additionally, the format lends itself to multiple uses as a home workbook and classroom aid as well. As an educator I have hands-on experience with the challenges presented by teaching math to elementary school students, and this volume has quickly become one of the most frequently used resources in my classroom. Here's hoping for more of the same from this author, and soon!
