I was wondering why my bed felt so saggy and why my back was hurting in the mornings. Then the other day I went to open the window next to my bed, and when I put my knee on my mattress to get to the window, I heard a *SNAP* with my knee sinking into the mattress. I unzipped the fabric cover and found out that 7 of the metal "supports" have broken off. Now, I am a college student and I weigh ~135 lbs. And the last time I checked, this thing can support a lot more of me. Since I am said college student, I cannot afford to buy another box spring. I don't like leaving negative reviews. I hope your customer service can improve my current situation.
After a year of use: it did eventually get a bend in the metal. I will say that my husband's not small - he was about 250 pounds, and he moves around a lot in his sleep. Also, every so often the zipper would work itself undone, and then it would start to fold under the top mattress. If that started, we just needed to pick up the top mattress and re-zip the cover, and the box spring stayed down. Still, it worked fine for the year and a half we lived in the house with the tight stairs, although we were glad to get back to a house with normal stairs and a regular box spring.
