Update:Received less than 24 hours ago. Paged through once. I’m gentle on books and this is what happened.The spine isn’t broken but the glue is horrible. TOTAL waste of money.Poor binding.A basement makes a house 2 stories (levels). In Texas the soil is either sand or clay, making basements an impossibility. When the plans specify a walk-out basement then it’s NOT a one-story house y’all.Some of the plans are tiny and all but impossible to read.
