I was fascinated from the beginning.
Ty and his two friends go to Vegas after he breaks up with his live in girlfriend of four years.
His friend; that just came from a family funeral. Was dying hearing a guy talking about getting married before "the window of opportunity" was gone. As they all in their 30's. He convinced the other two it now or never. I've never heard guys obsessing over this.
In Vegas Ty meets Kate. She is a hard working independent woman focused on her job (helping run hotel dad owns).
Ty is a caring guy. I loved when he kept her company and BBQ the chicken and veggies for her. He also able to cut up veggies and marinate.
I really enjoyed the book
A quick and fun read.
I loved the love story of Ty and Kate.
I can't wait to read about Ty's friends finding each finding a wife.
They seem to have a solid friendship and when Drew gets some news at his uncle's funeral it changes the way the guys think and decide to make a bet, because that's what they do for everything.
I love Kate and her part of the story. Leery of everything Vegas, she is stuck in the midst of it all with no chance of getting out very soon, as far as she can tell. Taking care of her father and his hotel is really the last thing she wants to do, but it's her dad, and he is all she has left of her family.
The dynamic of Ty meeting Kate and the details of this story, though short, is incredible. I was surprised to read along and have great detail, not having unanswered questions for the lack of writing. It is all here. I am impressed as such a well written little quickie! Great job as always Emma
