I had a copy of this that got misplaced years ago. I was thrilled to find another copy. The recipes are clear, easy to follow. The book also includes a lot of basic how-to instructions. If you've never made bread before, buy this book and try it out. Home made bread is the best and this book has the best recipes.

I bought this because I had destroyed my first one from overuse. There are lots of great recipes in here. The cinnamon rolls are great. This came out before bread machines, so you'll need to adapt the recipes if you want to use your bread machine. I love this cookbook for the wide range of recipes in it. I am so happy to have a non-mutilated copy again.

Had this book while my children were growing up and made so much bread. Have had a couple of copies over the years but they seem to walk off. Little legs they do not mention. There are some awesome classic bread recipes here.

This is the most amazing bread cookbook I have ever owned. I bake bread weekly and thought that I had developed some pretty good recipes. This book has tripled my recipes. Lots of everyday breads as well as specialty breads. A must own if you love making breads or want to learn. The recipes are simple enough for even a beginning bread baker to follow.
