The Better Sleep Pillow

I purchased the better sleep pillow back in November from the company because I was looking for a pillow that would help me sleep better. This pillow was not the one. In fact I slept worse. For one thing the pillow is too hard and high. You wake up with neck pains. I thought there was something wrong with me, so I had my children try out the pillow. They even said it was the worst pillow to sleep on. It shouild be taken out of the market if you ask my opinion. I don't know who would benifit from this pillow, but It wasn't my family. I can't even get my money back because it was over the 30 days. I waited because I wanted to give the pillow a chance to work, but my sleep got worse. I hope this review is helpful for people who are trying to find a pillow that will help them sleep better. Go to Mypillow.com. It might be a better alternative.

Knocked me right out. Might be the cloroform.

What can I say? I'm a side sleeper who was looking for a better way to hit the hay (little rhyme for ya') and thoughts this item looked great.

I don't know if it was the superb design or incredible softnessness but I know I slept great. It might have been that the pillow smells like it had been soaked in cloroform for a few weeks and then gently dried so all cloroformy goodness was left in the pillow in dust form. I laid down, took one deep breath and woke up 18 hours later without any pants on. (To be fair, I might have taken them off right before I went to sleep. Its all so blurry right now)

I highly recommend this item if you are an adult with sleeping problems.

I only voted 4 starts out of 5 because I've missed work 3 times this week.

AWFUL SMELL! WAY TO HIGH! AB Marketers won't refund!

I bought this pillow hoping for better sleep. Total price with shipping was $134.00! It arrived 3 WEEKS after my order was placed (via AB Marketers, not Amazon). I tried to sleep on it, but the horrible chemical, gasoline smell was unbearable. I had to move the pillow into ANOTHER ROOM to keep from smelling it while I slept. The smell was not the only problem. This pillow is EXTREMELY HIGH ( I am 6'0 feet, 150 lb female). I have broad, thin shoulders and thin arms, so higher pillows usually work for me, but this pillow is WAYYYY HIGH! The foam is HARD, not soft. I felt like I was trying to sleep on a HUGE LEGO that smelled like gasoline! Now, I am out $134.00 because I DID NOT order from AMAZON (big mistake), and AB Marketers refuses to take the pillow back for "hygenic purposes". I am reporting them to the BBB due to their statement of "100% satisfaction guarantee". They stink and so does this pillow... literally!!!!

Worst pillow ever

I have purchased this product. It has one major flaw for a pillow. It smells like a tank of gasoline and even after a month of airing the pillow the smell does not go away. It is impossible to sleep in the same room as the pillow, much less with your nose right next to it. It has also few minor problems like it is shaped for women with thin long arms, otherwise you cannot fit them into the holes. But it is also too high, so women would probably break their neck trying to sleep on this pillow and too firm to adjust. I really tried hard to find a comfortable position to sleep on this pillow, but I found none. (I'm about 5"11" and 190 pound male.) Also the company claims they will not refund this item if you return it later than 14 days after purchase, but when I did, I got my full purchase price refunded by Amazon.

To sum it up, I could not imagine how to design a pillow that would be any worse fit for sleeping on, unless you just cut out a piece of asphalt road and put a cussion on it.

Also, be aware that most of the reviews on the internet are actually advertising sites put up by the company trying to sell this pillow and are fake, which I didn't realize until I bought it.

The only pillow I can sleep on - I even purchased a second one!

I honestly don't get the negative reviews here. This pillow has been a godsend for me. I'm the worst when it comes to tossing and turning and I need the absolute perfect combination of darkness, cool temperature and white noise along with the perfect angle and firmness of a pillow to sleep. This pillow assures that angle and firmness! 99% of all normal store-bought pillows are worthless half-empty sacks of stuffing or feathers where you'd be better off sleeping on an empty mattress for all the support you get. With this pillow I sleep soundly through the night and I can actually remember my dreams! I almost cried when I remembered my first dream in almost a decade because of this pillow - no joke! There is nothing in the world I would trade for the quality sleep I now get. I bought my first Better Sleep pillow about 5 or 6 years ago and through nightly use it split and wore out and I had to buy a new one about a year ago and I haven't missed a wink! It's well worth the $100 you pay - and the odor goes away within a week of using it - it's not very strong to begin with unless you're one of the classic hypochondriac "chemicals and fragrances, toxins and radio waves!" nutjobs.
