package arrived in our mailbox and I could smell chicken, I knew that wasn't good. Took inside and opened it and found the jar with one layer of bubble wrap around it but the bottom of the jar was busted and not able to use. When I try and do a return it is stated this item is not refunded...…. so now what...…..

I have used Better Than Bouillon for years. I think it’s the best ready-to-use chicken stock product available. I think it is actually real chicken stock, definitely not like the flavored salt cubes and similar items that call themselves bouillon. I bought it through Amazon because my grocery store ran out.

I heard about this and the beef version and got them both. When open this lasts a long time in the fridge. It's great because if you only need a small amount of chicken stock, you can mix just what you need. No waste, No extra stock taking up valuable freezer space. It tastes very good like Swanson. Always a great product but . . . no such thing as 2 day shipping anymore. After 5 days it showed as “Delivered” in my order status and I still had not received it. Then the post off left it the next day sitting in the hot sun — a chicken product! I have no idea if the product is still good. It was 100 degrees out.
