UPDATE ON PRICE RAPE! FYI I was charged here over $20. Costco sells for $6.29. I get the vegetable as a vegan and the lower sodium. This stuff is THE best stuff ever!!! I use it when I saute veggies to create a sauce, in soups and stews, pretty much in everything, even my miso. Most bullion sits for ages in my cabinet. I am nearly done with the jar already! Yeah, it's THAT good. My husband commented on the best miso soup I ever had, quickly diving into another spoonful. Partly it was the organic miso master white miso paste and a bit of sake and mushroom powder but a good bit of the flavor was also this delicious base!

I assumed this was an organic vegetable base powdered broth BUT it has several additional ingredients that make it not so healthy a choice. Was sorry to see the label and it lists salt, sugar, maltodextrin , yeast extract and food starch and not all of them are organic.

Product taste is okay but I didn't realize this was a wet product. Not shelf stable once you open it. Not a good long term storage option. Will not buy again because of that. Taste fine though. If you use a lot of bouillon and will use it up quickly it might be a good option for you. Love that it's Organic

Très bon au goût, mais absolument pas pratique. Le couvercle colle au pot, donc c'est toujours difficile d'ouvrir le contenant. Aussi, comme c'est très épais et collant, ça reste collé sur la cuillère, il faut donc soit être très patient pour incorporer le restant sur la cuillère (avec un spatule ou en attendant que le truc soit chaud et se dissoude) ou perdre la moitié du produit. Je vais retourner au bouillon de légume en poudre, même si c'est rendu très rare.
