For Better - Or What?: Observations on Life, Love and Marriage Paperback – September 26, 2015
"Anyone in a great marriage will have a lot to recognize in 'For Better - Or What?' Those who wish their marriage were better will find plenty of tips. For men it is a must-read, if only for the chapter that provides the 'right' (and safe) answer to the dreaded, "Does this dress make me look fat?" Rosemary West provides an insightful, humorous, dignified and very human look at the best kind of marriage and what makes it work." - Dan Veaner, Editor, LansingStar.com

I recommend this book not only for the great advice/suggestions on improving relationships, but for the perspective given on how both sides may view a situation.
I particularly liked her section on "Instant Misunderstanding". This anecdote filled story illuminates exactly how a simple misunderstanding can build and ruin a great time. Her section on "The Heart of Romance" is another spot on example of how to keep your spouse or partner happy.
Rosemary K. West uses all her skills as an educator, linguist, and writer to show you what is needed to keep your marriage stong and functional. This is a must read book!
