What do you do when you and your love have different agenda for the life that you want to have together.? Well meet Grant and Lucy Smith. A simple issue what a car is what brought this couple together. But this relationship has been way less than a bed of roses.
Grant wants a family and feel that there is no time like the present. With him and his wife Lucy have to establish careers this would be great. Lucy feels differently. Her ladder of success is going higher and higher and she is so wanting to reach the top and feels that a baby will slow her down. So with so much tension over this idea of starting a family, the marriage started to have issues.
With everything that is going on Grant steps out on his wife with a nutball by the name of Alexia. This chick is half past crazy and all the way fool. Frank tells Grant that what he did was wrong but in a way I can’t blame Grant for what he does. He wants better but better was pushing him to worst.
This book is a lifetime movie waiting to be made. The character development was so smooth. There are times when reading I felt like this should be a biography because these characters seem to real. The storyline was a little iffy in the beginning but started to get stronger and stronger as it went along. I need part 2 to be written because I need to see where all the cards land.
