I so enjoyed reading the instructions, it was like learning from a family member who wants you to learn to be a good cook. I think because I watch Betty's Kitchen, its like I actually know her and her family, and it makes the cookbook even more special to me. My grandsons are 6 and 9, so I'm glad she includes her grandson in the kitchen. I think if she did a cookbook geared toward kids that would be great.
This book is an invaluable resource. It is the only reference for recipes that I use. If I am struggling how to make the recipe, I just visit youtube where there is a demonstration by Betty of each recipe.
I am thankful I found this collection. It's amazing
