Great bar fridge. Great customer service!

We purchased two of these units for our home bar. I was a bit concerned since a few reviews mentioned that the fan was “loud”. But we really liked the design which was perfect for us. Both units arrived well packaged although one had a slight ding on the top near the hinge but it didn’t affect door operations. It wound be hidden by the butcher block counter top we placed on top. Both units were super quite and cooled as set in both zones. One for wine and the other for soda and beer. After about a month we began to hear a fan noise on one unit. If our tv or stereo was on you couldn’t really hear it but when Quiet you could. I was concerned that it may get worse so I contacted Lanbo through Amazon and got a quick reply. They asked me to send a video with sound so they could assess the problem. I took a 30 second video with my phone and sent it in. Within a day they responded saying the fan motor was not operating properly and they would send a replacement. I was expecting a part and then perhaps instructions on who to contact locally for repairs but instead I received a brand new unit within a few days! Four months later both units are quietly humming along and we could not be happier. We checked temps with a thermometer and both units and zones are all spot on to their settings. Highly recommended!

Damaged product and horrible customer service!

Very disappointed in this product. I chose it after reviewing our options and this one had good reviews and write ups. We bought it for our new kitchen and have had our cabinets custom built to fit this model. When our cabinet guy opened the box he called me over to show me that the box was 100% intact without a rip, scratch or dent on it but when he opened the box and got to the fridge itself it had a substantial dent in the back. It appeared as if a damaged unit was packed and sent to Amazon to be sold. I immediately took photos and tried Lanbo customer service but did not receive a response. I also tried to register the product for the warranty but the website was not working/wouldn't complete the registration. Since the damage was cosmetic and would not be noticeable once installed I wanted to keep it but also wanted them to note the damage in case the product stopped working. I never heard back from Lanbo. Two weeks later the unit is making awful noises when running, to the point that I can't be on a phone call in the same room as it (I work from home) without people on the other end hearing! I contacted Amazon customer support, they were great about putting me in touch with Lanbo through their system. Lanbo was no help and said the damage was from the way Amazon shipped the product and they have no control over it (remember, the box was NOT damaged when we received it, just the product inside). They offered me 10% off another product! As if I would purchase another one of their products after this ordeal. Amazon was great and refunded my money. Now we have a beverage fridge that isn't working properly, a space custom built for it in our kitchen and a manufacturer with who we can't even sign up for their warranty. I am so disappointed in Lanbo and their customer service and failure to stand behind their product.

I was leary about purchasing this unit since their were negative reviews about damage in shipping and the noise level. I did not experience those issues. The unit came in perfect and is working well. There is no appreciable noise, but my unit is installed and not freestanding. The only issue I see is that the shelves holding the bottles could be more rigid and there could be greater adjustability of the shelves on the can side.
It looks great in my kichen, so overall I give this product my endorsement.

Arrived in great shape and unlike cheaper models I looked at, it doe keep the colder side for you cokes and beers in the thirties. It is just a little on the noisy side, but my Bosh and LG stuff has me spoiled! Worth the extra price, nicely made and the lighting is LED whit and not sick blue.

Condenser is LOUD!! Do not buy

After a year, I am fed up with this fridge. Yes, it's beautiful, and it's a great size for us. But, if you load it full, it frosts up and immediately needs defrosts. And the worst part, this fridge is LOUD! You can hear it almost anywhere in the house (3300 sq ft), and our dishwasher (39 dbs) is less than half the sound level as this fridge. We don't have it built in, but there is no way that brings it to an acceptable level.

Lambo missed the mark with this. The fridge is underpowered (probably to advertise energy efficiency), and I'll be selling this or throwing it in the garage....most likely selling and getting a large, used fridge for the garage.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!. I ordered this unit and it arrived not working. I contacted the manufacturer and they, promptly sent me another one. The second unit just stopped (just over a year old) working. I contacted the manufacturer to get the name of an appliance repair company that worked on their unit. NO answer. I contacted a repair shop and they told me that there are no spare parts for Lanbo. If they stop working you can't fix them. The manufacturer did not respond to my emails.
