Each of the 6 cans were received dented and misshapen. Each of the cans expire in 6 months. I wonder where these have been???

Despite what the labels says, “DiNapoli”, these are grown in California. The label is misleading and caused me to think these were Italian tomatoes form the Naples region. They’re not.

They are simply okay tomatoes — but extremely expensive for the quality. You can purchase a comparable can of US crushed tomatoes at good grocery stores for much less money. I do not recommend this product. It is simply too expensive.

And why are the cans dented?

These are hands down the best tomatoes you can get in the US. HOWEVER, I have now ordered them three times and despite intact and solid packaging, every single can is dented or defective. I think Amazon is selling the rejected cans. None have been opened or expired, but there is something to say about a pantry full of mangled canned goods. I think I’ll look for them in a higher end grocery store looking forward.

Like many of you, I ordered these after watching the Bon Appetite YouTube video where Andy positively swooned at the flavor. I cringed at the price, but waited patiently as they were back-ordered. I'm sorry to say they are totally worth it. Not even a close call. My recommendation is don't buy them unless you are willing to never be satisfied with any other brand.
