About the Author
Gary D. Pratico (ThD, Harvard Divinity School) is senior professor of Old Testament and Hebrew language at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He has been teaching Hebrew for more than thirty years and is coauthor with Miles V. Van Pelt of Basics of Basics of Biblical Hebrew (grammar and workbook) and The Vocabulary Guide to Biblical Hebrew.
Miles Van Pelt (PhD, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) is the Alan Belcher Professor of Old Testament and Biblical Languages at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi, where he also serves as Academic Dean. Miles lives in Madison, Mississippi, with his wife, Laurie, and their four children.

The only thing I've found annoying is that, in an effort to keep the sheet as concise as possible, it leaves out some of the weak verb paradigms (especially I-guttural and II-guttural), probably assuming that they're easier to figure out based on patterns you should already know. I would have liked to have all of it in one place just in case I forget the patterns.
If you're not using Pratico's textbook, it may be harder to navigate or understand the system on this sheet, but if you are using Pratico, I'd definitely recommend it!
Screwing up a letter makes me wonder what else they were careless about in the other materials in this series (books, flash cards, cds, etc.)
