ROOMY AND STRONG – The symmetrical pole structure makes set up super easy and the pre-bent poles give you plenty of head space. Plastic clips easily attach the tent body to the pole frame. Rest assured there are two fly vents for increased air flow and reduced condensation. Use the low vent feature on the vestibule doors for more air flow while still providing vestibule coverage.
FULL FEATURED – The two dual-zipper side doors and vestibules featuring storm flaps on vestibule zipper keeps you protected from outside weather; the dual-zipper door is smooth closing and allows for easy entry. Use only one zipper for quick reach-through access. You’ll love the Quick Stash door keeper on the tent body door that makes stowing unzipped door quick and easy!
READY TO PITCH AND PACKABLE – All Big Agnes tents come ready to pitch; with pre-cut guy lines and tensioners attached to fly. Reflective guy lines and webbing on tent corners make your tent easily visible at night. Fly and floor are polyester; tent body is breathable polyester and polyester mesh. All seams taped with waterproof polyurethane tape. Trail weight is 4 lb. 8 oz. and packs down to 21 x 7 inches.

Doesn't seem durable. Thin tent material. Overpriced for the overall quality.

The material is really thin. This is especially concerning for the tent's floor. I wasn't impressed with the overall quality. I have a Eureka brand tent in that same price range that is made with thicker material. The Eureka tent has lasted 10+ years. I don't want to take a chance with the Hotel 3. Granted, purchasing a footprint would be an option, but it was $50 (which is too much compared to other branded footprints (let alone a simple generic tarp) and it would add bulk and weight to the backpack which is unacceptable to me. I sent it back after I set it up in the living room and felt just how thin the floor was. I don't think it would last one trip without getting a small hole somewhere even though I've always been extra careful with my gear. I've never even worn shoes inside any of my tents. But there are always tiny rocks and whatnot on the ground that have the potential to cause damage. I don't think this tent is up to the task. Great vestibule, though. It's sole selling point of you ask me.

My favorite car camping tent so far.

Easy and fast to set up. Only hard part is the setting up of the arch for the large vestibule area.

Plenty of space for 2 people and a dog, but not 3. I primarily use it for car camping but I don't see why it would be a problem backpacking( if we split the weight)

Good waterproofing, good ventilation (with the vestibule door open)

Seems like a good alternative to the copper spur ul3 hotel and cheaper!

Very happy with this purchase as it has exceeded my expectations for ease of setup and overall build quality! Appreciated the help the first time putting it together but it's honestly so easy that it take much longer on my own.
Also, it truly is a 2-person tent (With sleeping pads mind you) as there appears to be plenty of space plus the double vestibules and double doors is a great touch! Have not tested it out with another occupant yet but expect it won't be too claustrophobic!
Would recommend this product and seriously looking into other Big Agnes tents for a 3 or 4 person option.
