This book starts with a clear and simple explanation of what gluten is and how to follow a gluten-free diet. The book then goes on to provide hundreds practical, easy-to-follow recipes. Definitely a great book for those with celiac disease or other conditions that require avoiding gluten (as well as those looking for healthy, tasty gluten-free alternatives).

Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
One of my children has issues with gluten. This book has delicious, easy recipes that my entire family loves, even though everyone does not have issues with gluten. After making some of the recipes, I am also learning to substitute some ingredients (like rice flour for regular flour) so that I can modify other recipes to be gluten free. Invaluable!

I though I would love this cookbook and it does have many nice recipes but was a little disappointed that many of the recipes in it are also duplicated in another cookbook I purchased at the same time "Everything Gluten-Free Slow Cooker Cookbook"
