About the Author
Kimberly A. Tessmer, RD, LD, is a registered dietitian and published author with a bachelor of science in technology (dietetics) from Bowling Green State University. She currently owns and operates Nutrition Focus, where she specializes in authoring, weight management, menu development, recipe analysis, and other nutritional consulting services. Tessmer is the author of numerous books, and she is coauthor of The No-Gluten Cookbook.
