It's got some valuable information but the reviews on Amazon make it seem like this book is up there with some of the other great trading books and it is certainly not. I buy trading books because they offer more information than what you can find online and that is simply not true with this book.
Is this some sort of joke? This book isn't worth the paper it's printed on and is a shameful money grab by the author, I don't care if it was only $5. This is a 110-page piece of trash that only has 25-30 pages of content with the rest filled with obscenely large amounts of empty space. You'd think that with all the empty space the author would have bothered to make his stupid charts larger so as to not require a magnifying glass to be read. How this garbage has 4.5 stars boggles my mind. You're better off going to the Investopedia or stock-charts websites for a much more thorough explanation of the remedial concepts in this piece of trash of a book. "The Big Book," lol, what a joke. This trash was returned to the thieving author.
I was disappointed. A lot of fluff, not much helpful information on how to find winning trades, which is what we all really want to know.
A resourceful person would do much better studying stock charts of big gainers to map out similarities in how the moves formed and played out, and then look for similar patterns forming on stocks and trading them to their advantage. There, I just told you more in one paragraph than you'll learn in this entire book.
TELSA has been rallying rather strongly as of Oct. 24, 2019. I wonder if Mr. Kratter is still long TELSA puts and still expects Tesla to go bankrupt. Buy this guy's books if you want to. I have purchased ALL of his books. I simply do NOT follow ANY of his foolish trade recommendations.

I can assure others that the author is knowledgeable in stocks and he has some great ideas. There is absolutely no fluff in the book. The methods he gives are succinct and to the point. The chart examples are clear and legible. Everything about the book is first class quality. He covers all bases for a trader to consider. The author uses candlesticks, but Hi-Lo Bar charts are equally effective.
The terms and financial vocabulary he uses can only be from someone who has a lot of market experience. The best of the strategies in the book for me is the Rubber Band Stock Strategy. I used to Day Trade futures years ago and am not a fan of day trading so I can’t pass judgement on that section of the book.
