Morgan Hastings is an illustrator/painter 2d/3d graphic artist and has worked in the gaming industry as an environment artist for 22 years, and is now an art director for a Los Angeles based indie game company, and plays horn in the Orchestra of Northern New York. His goal is to leave the world a bit more beautiful and funny for having been here. This can be through a number of activities, like composing music, making art, or being a community theatre actor and director or simply wearing a fuzzy hat that looks like a yeti.

Morgan holds a Master's degree in music from Crane School of Music, and a Bachelors in music from Eastman School of Music both in New York. He has performed at Tanglewood under Leonard Bernstein and with the Boston Symphony Orchestra under Seiji Ozawa. Morgan has no desire at all to learn how to knit (that he knows of). He lives in New York with his wife and two little Dachshunds named, "Newt," and "Hildegard."
