My father forced me to watch the Big Hero 6 movie (I'm usually not a fan of animated movies) and I ended up falling in love with it. After doing a little research, I found out that there was a manga based off/from the movies and I had to give it a try. The manga and movie are pretty different from one another but both are equally great stories, and the general plot is the same, for the most part. In the end I can't decide which story I like best!
The manga itself definitely deserves five stars, but I must take one star away due to a very minor imperfection on the binding. I bought the library bindings for both volumes and they are beautiful! The pages were perfect and there were no scratches or blemishes on the covers. My only issue, though...one of the volumes was slightly shorter than the other by a couple of centimeters. Although this isn't too big (no pun intended) of an issue, it looks odd sitting on my bookshelf vertically, so I must keep them lying down so it isn't so noticeable. Being a hardcore book collector myself, I am quite critical when finding the perfectly flawless book and I usually will not buy a book unless I can see it with my own two eyes to pick out the best copy, but this manga is nearly impossible to find in stores so I had to buy it online.
To wrap this up, this truly is a great product and I would definitely recommend it to others! All in all, I am satisfied with my care :)
