My 2 yr. old son LOVES Baymax and so when I searched on Amazon for a Baymax toy for him, this is the one I ended up buying. It arrived quickly (within 2 days, I believe) and arrived in original toy packaging so you know you are getting the authentic product. There was no set-up time except to clip-on his wings, and batteries were included so it worked right out of the box. And just FYI this is a pretty large toy- it was actually alot larger than I had expected!
Baymax says a lot of different little phrases but I couldn't really understand most of them, only a few words or if he said "Hero". The wings span out pretty far and are detachable with the press of a button on the back. All of the guards on Baymax are detachable as well, which can actually be a pain because this makes them really easy to lose or misplace- I finally had to keep them in a separate pile in my son's toys because he kept taking them off and leaving them in random spots. Comes with a tiny little Hero figurine that attaches to the back of Baymax (he even says something when you clip him on) by clipping in his hands and feet to the magnetic circles on his back- which is really cute and all in theory and worked for a little bit, but once my son started running around the living room and swinging them around in circles, little tiny Hero quickly fell off of Baymax's back. This became a HUGELY annoying ordeal because every time Hero fell off, he of course would run straight back to me and demand that I reattached him immediately (imagine how irritating it would be to have to reattach little tiny Hero about 50 times within an hour). But, other than that, this was a really great toy. My little boy has had a BLAST playing with him and has spent more time playing with this than any other toy I have ever bought him! AND he still adores his Baymax to this day- which is pretty rare because he usually loses interest in literally everything that I buy him and never plays with again after that first day. So I was very surprised when my son played with Baymax for like 2-3 weeks and would want to bring him with him everywhere we went (which would have been cool had he not been such a huge toy to lug around).
Overall, this was a great buy and I am glad that I ended up deciding this one when I was searching for the perfect Baymax toy. However, the fact that it is so big makes is hard to travel with and the detachable Hero is really hard to keep clipped on to Baymax's back, making him very easily lost (my son actually ended up flushing him down the toilet and backed up our toilet for over a week- but that's a whole different story) ;)
SO, If you are on the fence or are trying to decide which one to buy- for a child 3 yrs. and up, this is definitely your best bet. However for younger, smaller kids, you might want to go with something a little smaller and lighter- this toy is pretty heavy and has the potential to hurt if it hits you anywhere, and they are going to have trouble attaching Hero to his back so you will have to provide assistance with this a lot.
The actual act of clipping them in place was sometimes pretty difficult but once you figure out how to line the feet and ankles up the right way it is ALOT easier.

My kid is only 2 so it is hard for him to play alone with this toy. It is heavy for him and big. He still loved it and plays with it almost every day. Great quality. Item is just as advertised. The only thing the figure (hero) falls easily from the back if you are not careful.
