Top Customer Reviews
The first one that came had broken in the mail.
It is sooo poorly made. The handle snapped off. There wasn't a piece of bubble wrap or anything in the box, so i'm sure others have sent it back because it was broken, too.
The second one I received after contacting the seller broke after two uses. It hit the sink the wrong way while being cleaned and the handle, again, snapped off.
I could tell that the ceramic was just cheap. The handles are hallow and not thick what so ever.
It was a cute mug, but honestly not worth it in the long run.
The mug is study enough to drink from (of course) but you do need to take care in washing it so as not to bang it on the sink (can break easily). Also, if you're putting hot coffee/tea in it, warm it first with warm (not hot) water. My daughter had the experience of her BigMouth blaster cup cracking when she put hot tea in after she took it off the cupboard shelf without warming. (She loved the cup so she got another.)
As far as the price - you're paying for the novelty and not the construction, which is fine with me when I'm searching for a unique gift.
