You can see in the pictures that it is structurally weak, and the vinyl is tearing even in non stress areas like the pockets.
If you use it often I wouldn't trust it to protect your cues. The only thing it has going for it is the price.
I went ahead and ordered a JB rugged case since these cheaper cases just don't last.
09-24-17 update this is one of the worst purchases I ever made. The cue stick wore holes through this cheaply made piece of garbage see the photo. The case is leaning against the dumpster where I tossed it out!
It seems to me that cases that fit extra shafts are easier to come by, than those that hold the same number of cues and shafts. This 2x2 it is exactly what I needed. I like the flat shape of it, as it leans nicely against a wall, and it's not any bigger or bulkier, or heavier than I need to carry.
My old 3x6 was made exactly like this 2x2, only it was a big clunker! I never carried more than 3x3 in it, and the plastic hardware on the long strap broke before I had used it for even a year. It was too big for my needs, but it was all I could find at the time. I think, for carrying around that much more stuff, you need a sturdier piece of luggage.
This 2x2 I am happy to have, in my favorite color, protecting my breaker and my shooter, my Q-claw and chalk: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0043BMCPS/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_2
