Most important to me is that it's only about 100 pages! and to me, that perfect and since I don't have a long attention span for reading, this book get's straight to the point and doen't drag on.(thanks for that Rob)
He as well as many professor in his field take the building blocks of Michael Porter and develops his own ideas and methodology. Not to give to much away from the book but one thing that has stuck with me is, you should always relax your assumtions about anything when trying to come up with new ideas or trying to find different ways to sell a product to really "think outside the box"
And I was lucky that Robert was my professor this past semester. So it was kind of like, I got a 16 week book seminar face to face with the opportunity to pick his brain and ask question.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone especially to engineers who would like to create a start up company based on an idea he or she has. This book provides an excellent stepping stone to drive an invention to become an innovation.
Full of important information on how to create a business plan and a business model.
