I do recommend A Billion Jokes if only so you can rip them off and tell your friends and family that you made them up. For that alone, it would be worth the price.
Even then, not all of the one- and two-liners are jokes. For example, writing "How would I know? I'm not a mindreader." is more of a page filler than something you would wet your pants over. (Depends, of course, on you. Or, hopefully - Depends on you - given the state of your bladder.)
Anyway, I don't think I wasted money. For the cost of happy meal, Mr. Serafinowicz has written a low-calorie, low-fat, easily digestible book. But given his comedic talent, I was hoping for material closer to 1,000,000,000 jokes. Damn conversion rates.
I absolutely love this book! Funny stuff, totally stupid and exceedingly brilliant AT THE SAME TIME!
I can't wait for more volumes.
Buy this book, it's very funny.
If you don't buy this book and love it there is a fundamental flaw in your brain. Period.

This is an odd little book, presented in an odd little way, and it's really quirky and funny. Read it.Published 22 months ago by TJ
The lines were amusing but it read like a decent twitter feed of a good comic. I couldn't read it as a book back to back like that.Published 24 months ago by Brian Thurston Bralczyk
I'm a comedy junkie and wanted to love this book after Will Arnett cited it, but it really is not funny, for the most part.Published on May 26, 2014 by Chuck
While it is a bit hit and miss with the humour, when it does hit, it hits it out of the park. Highly recommended.Published on May 26, 2014 by Amazon Customer
