Another story that shows stubbornness can be the fatal blow in a relationship. A Momma. A Daddy. A little Girl. It shows that anyone can be a Father, but it takes so much more to be a Daddy.
Billionaire Baby Daddy: A Second Chance Romance
I can say that Alistair's character was what I loved the most about this story. Him and his daughter, Maddie, the scenes of them together made my heart melt. This author has a way of weaving words, and giving descriptions that make you feel like you're there in the moment. Alistair five years ago was a colder, controlling, CEO. The heroine, Leah, decided that his lifestyle was not for her even though she did love him. However, she left with a little gift embedded in her womb that she was unaware of. She did the best that she could as a single parent, but realized that Maddie needed her father, and that they needed to eat.
If I'm being honest, and I know this is fiction, but this plot usually annoys me. But, something about this particular read called to me, and I really enjoyed this book. I am so glad that I took the time to read this little gem, and do plan to search out some of the author's other books! A definite keeper and re-read for me. I recommend it!
