Powerful greenhouse heater , compact, energy-efficient High ventilation rate up to 460 m³/h. The fan setting. By using the fan setting, all the air in the greenhouse can be circulated even in the summer season. With the window open and the fan on, the greenhouse can be cooled down. That being said, good luck bringing a sub-freezing garage to a reasonable temperature in a reasonable amount of time with this heater. You'll need luck. HOWEVER, it's a very usable heater and at its best when maintaining a consistent temperature within a closed garage through the highs and lows of days and nights. I have been able to maintain a constant 50 degree temperature in the garage with single digit outside temperatures at night. Of course, i brought the garage to 50 degrees prior to sub-zero temperatures, but it maintains 50 degrees at night even when the temperatures are near 0 F.
I don't understand or use the internal thermostat, since it isn't calibrated and has no temperature setting markings. Instead, I "max it out" (fully clockwise) and use an external, digitally controlled thermostat. Near 0 degrees Fahrenheit, the heater runs most all the time, but it will actually maintain 50 degrees in the garage. When it's warmer out, the heater will cycle on and off periodically (via the external thermostat) to maintain the temperature within the garage.
If you have reasonable garage insulation on three sides (even if the overhead door isn't), and you don't mind keeping the garage temperatures around 50 degrees or less in sub-freezing weather, this heater WILL work. That is, provided you go into the coldest temperatures with the heater already maintaining the desired temperature within the garage. I am referring to a double garage. I suspect this heater would work even better in a single garage. Be sure to use a programmable, external digital thermostat with the one on the heater turned to the max (unless you understand the use of the built-in thermostat).
Assuming a kW/hr cost of 15 cents after taxes applied (typical in the US), this 1.5 kW heater running 24 hours straight would use 36 kW/hr So, for each 24 hours of use, it'd cost you about 36x.15 = $5.40 in electricity.
This has very low output, even compared to my $25 1500w space heater I use indoors, so for cold Colorado winters in a greenhouse bigger than a 4x4 box I can't imagine this unit would keep the interior at a safe temperature. I've found the heat setting dial to be very unreliable, and essentially feel that it's worthless without the external thermostat. Ordered one to see if it's any better, but I'm just going to use it as back-up. Not recommend, too pricey for what it is, difficult to regulate without thernostat.

I didn't buy the temperature controller based on bad reviews and bought a different brand, with a low and high switch. Paired with that it works good. It does draw a fair amount of amps. So it you're planning on pairing it with lights or other electrical devices, you might need another outlet or higher amp breaker. At first I tripped the single 20amp breaker, pairing this on my outlet with my lights. After changing that up, its worked great since.
I wish it did put out more heat so I didn't need to use the space heater as well, but depending your setup it might work better. I'm sure a smaller area, it would fair much better.

When I originally purchased, it didn’t come with the thermostat that it stated in description.
I contacted company and asked to please send thermostat.
Instead I got sent a whole new heater and I’m being charged for it.
So I would highly discourage ordering unless you are ok with no thermostat.
The fan stop running. Waste of money
