So be sure you (1) have a toilet seat that's flat on the bottom, (2) that your toilet seat bolts have an extra 1" to accommodate the bidet's thickness as well as the bidet mounting washers, and (3) DO NOT connect the plumbing line first as the instructions suggest; instead, mount the bidet loosely to see if it fits your seat and bowl. Otherwise, be prepared to buy a new seat and hardware in order to use this product.
But I had a problem with M12x1 water connectors.
My double valve unit (with outlets size 3/8") for COLD water and single valve for HOT water located very near to toilet bowl.
I was looking for TWO ADAPTORS Female 3/8"-to-Male M12x1 + ONE more 26" hose ( Female M12x1-to-Female M12x1) to connect HOT water.
I spent a lot of time in different stores like H.Depot,Lowe's,Advans Plumbing, etc. looking for this stuff. And more problem is that what in Installation
Manual nothing say about thread outlets Bidet. To avoid such of things I recommend following:
-Show type of thread in the Installation Manual ;
-To complete BB-270 by two additional adaptors Female3/8"-to-Male M12x1 or to sale them and 26" water hose on your web.

This model (Elite 3) comes with a nice metal T. The hose pipe has a smaller diameter and the T-joint has the right outlet. You cannot use the earlier T-joint. Unfortunately, you cannot use the T-joint provided either because it is fractionally bigger. It is a metric size. I have checked at Home Depot, Canadian Tire and Plumbing Mart. There are no adaptors available to. Their advice is to return it. I have tried calling the Bio-Bidet number with little luck. I will be sending this back tomorrow.

i liked this one because of the brass fittings inside, it should last longer than if things were all plastic.
If you needed to pick up dog poo with your bare hands, would you use a piece of dry toilet paper to clean it off? so why are you cleaning yourself with dry toilet paper when you go to the bathroom.
Regarding the connectors in the packaging...the larger connector fits onto the stem at the bottom of the toilet tank. Maybe that's why a previous comment regarding an incorrect connector was supplied. The smaller connector fits onto the hot water supply line under a nearby sink, as long as you have a 3/8" compression fitting there...else you may have to install one. The hoses are nice braided steel, so durability shouldn't be a question here. These hoses don't seem to be a standard size thread (not 3/8") and aren't interchangeable with the ones you can buy at Home Depot and the like. If anyone knows what size thread these are, please post for others.
I marked this item as four stars, as I'm not sold on the connectors' quality. I don't feel 100% sure if they will provide a long term leak free experience, but the bidet works awesome.
Update: I ended up connecting the hot water line directly to the water supply line closer to the hot water tank for a more secure fit. It makes me more confident in the long term. Fyi, the unique size fitting is M12 with a 1.75 thread.
