BioLogic’s nematodes have not been modified in any way and are supplied in a moist inert carrier.

It takes time but the results are great and I always spray the Nematodes at least 10 feet into my neighbors yard to keep ground pests from migrating into my yard.
The price is good too so no complaints there but the 100 million package is the best deal over all.
Then I discovered on the interwebs the wonders of Nematodes. I lined up my application so it was done at night, then followed by a rain the next day. Within a week the springtails were cut in half, and after two weeks they were gone all together. Next year I'll be applying these before planting.
We were so happy to find a good harvest of fruit, and there were no more ANTS that result from aphid nests in the roots, and then the ants come out of the ground and up the tree trunk. This year - NONE! We got a good crop of fruit so far, and the garden looks great. The roses look great. I'm very happy with this non-chemical solution for my garden pests.
I don't know if this is a result, but i was able to view a hummingbird nest in my plum tree, and to watch the family coming and going happily from my trees and plants!
APRIL review - Package arrived quickly with chill package inside. We put it in the fridge for a week until the rain came. We are in a drought so I didn't want to water the ground before and after! Use nature, after all! I was a little surprised that only a cup of water was needed to mix the small package of nematodes and that it said it would cover 29 square feet. I wondered if it would be enough for my backyard garden plants/trees. I mixed the stuff up in a container and poured it into the bottle. I got the hose connected but then I couldn't make the handle turn "on". I finally figured out I had to break off a tab for it to go from Off to Water... I've got a good hose that has an on / off switch near the sprayer otherwise when you turn on your faucet, you'd have water spraying all over the place. So I then turned on the water from the hose connector and began spraying. I had to adjust the hose spray cause it went full blast at first.
The package had an area on it that said scan to watch application video. I assume that's for people who scan things with their phone and watch videos on their phone. I don't. Would have liked to have seen a video on the description on Amazon. Instead, before hand, I watched someone else's video when I googled how to apply...
The rain had come already, so the ground was wet and soaking. I sprayed the nematodes on the rose bushes and all the fruit trees, as well as the trunk base so they would also go into the roots - where I understand grubs make their "nests." I covered about 8 rose bushes, a plum tree, a tangerine tree, a big persimmon tree, a small apricot tree, two large lemon trees, a kumquat tree, and a nectarine tree. Then I sprayed the cucumber and tomato starter plants. And I used the leftover on the small patch of lawn. What was leftover in the mixing bowl, I mixed with some rainwater from the top of a can lid and poured onto the base of the plum tree. I worried because the rain had stopped and the sky seemed to be clearing, but luckily it became overcast again and started raining - so that meant it was washing the nematodes off of the leaves - per the instructions. And I didn't use any more water than necessary.
In the past, Mom has been using chemical sprays and we have been cutting off leaves with parasites and holes, so hopefully this natural method will be a good thing. If it is, I'll come back and let you know. I'm releasing live ladybugs and glass wings for aphids tonight too!
My first year I wasn't sure it worked, but the lawn stopped dying and the birds stopped living on our lawn after the rain. There were still a few grubs. After the second year, I didn't see any. This year, my wife says "Why are you spraying for grubs? We don't have any."
