This is a good vitamin + hair growth supplement. The key ingredients are the ceramosides for skin health, the hyaluronic acid for skin, and the AnaGain (pea extract) for hair growth.
The ingredients are clinically studied for hair loss reduction, skin moisture, etc - so I'm confident that taking this is doing me some good even if I don't notice the benefits immediately.
The vitamins are fine, though the forms are basic and could be better. For example, regular vitamin E is less effective for hair and skin than something like tocotrienols.
Overall - great if you're looking for AnaGain + Ceramosides in a single supplement. I'm not sure how effective this product is, I haven't noticed much yet, but the research is promising.

Edited after a month of continuous use to add a star. I notice a definite difference in the thickness and length of my hair. Not sure if it's the wheat extract, or just the extra dose of vitamins, but I'm happy with the results!

I've been taking this daily for about three weeks now, and have noticed some subtle differences. For reference, I'm 48, and have very fine lines on my face. The texture of my hair is also changing due to age. I have a pretty solid face care routine, but that's taking care of everything from the outside in. I figure, this supplement could help with things from the inside out. Since starting to take it, I have not changed anything else in my normal routine. I have noticed some subtle changes. My baby hairs, especially along my hairline in areas that are somewhat receding, are definitely longer and thicker. I've also noticed that the skin around my cheeks, eyes and forehead do seem less dry. Would these changes be noticable to someone else? Probably not, but they are noticeable to me.
