"Biohack Your Brain" is a must-read book to live a longer, healthier life! Athletes physically condition their bodies to enhance their performance in their sport, the one thing that is missing is what most people agree to and that is the 'mental' part of sports. There is no better way to enhance your mental game than making sure your BRAIN is Healthy. Dr. Willeumier's book "Biohack Your Brain" is the best way to have BRAIN HEALTH. I work with elite athletes to young athletes, her book will be a must read for all of my athletes.

One of the most comprehensive and up-to-date books I've read in a long time. Dr. Willeumier's ability to turn complex research into an easy to understand and pragmatic format is absolutely incredible.
This book leaves you with usable strategies to enhance your brain function and health. Anyone who reads and utilizes the information available in this book will definitely benefit themselves tremendously!

This book is poorly written and it does not need to exist. There are so many better books on how to be healthy that this book should be skipped. The word “biohack” in the title was included to increase sales. The target audience is wrong. People interested in biohacking do not need such basic information.
The audiobook narration is good and it is a book you can listen to while falling asleep.
People interested in brain health have probably already read Daniel Amen’s books. Good content providers for biohacking subjects include Dave Asprey, Ben Greenfield, and Joseph Mercola.
