This is a fresh light for my own personal journey and probably groundbreaking for the world as we know it...at least I hope so.
The first couple of chapters were a bit of a struggle for me due to my complete ignorance to biology, yet it wasn't long before I realised that the perseverance was worth it...it gets easier. I now have an understanding of the basics of cellular structure thanks to Dr Liptons way of explaining this incredible science. My guess is that most people will probably glide through it with ease.
All through the book, I had moments of distant memories of particular thoughts or forgotten wonderings from many different times of my life - that were re-awoken & suddenly fell into place. I knew I was understanding when often, questions would raise in my mind then, lo & behold, those very things were tended to within a page or so. I was excited by this. It all makes total sense! Now, I look forward to further investigation on a practical level as I attempt to truly to put this "science" into practice.
Thank you for your own perseverance Dr Lipton, for completing this book. Blessings to you.
