My dentist and oncologist recommended this and have been using it for several years now. I'm not exactly sure if there is any effect - while my dental check ups have been excellent, I don't think it's due to the mouthwash. I just continue to use this since I don't want to use mouthwash to alcohol. Plus the taste is not so harsh.

Does what it promises to do. The viscosity of the biotene takes a bit to get use to. Maybe adding a color to it would help. The color and viscosity reminds me of spit and made me gag until I got used to it.
