Update after 2 months/60 days: no changes, hair is still soft and still no free gift however the company did get back to me when I followed up on an email and they were very nice.

Update after 1 month: Still no changes and using daily. My hair is still very soft but not any fuller therefore I am dropping to 4 stars. Also, no free gift in the mail.

Update after 2 weeks: I have been using it everyday as directed by the bottle. No changes yet but there is still time!

Original review. I have thin, soft curly hair that started falling out about 5 years ago due to a very stressful job. The job got better but my hair didn’t. I’ve tried so many products to get it back to being healthy and full again but nothing has worked. We will see how this works! Fingers crossed!

The bottle of shampoo and conditioner suggest a quarter size amount and let sit on your hair for 2-3 minutes each. I did more of a dime size since my hair is so thin. It lathered nicely and the smell is light and sweet. I did notice that the shampoo did make my hair feel extra dry after rinsing but that went away after I used the conditioner. I took a picture of day 1 of using and plan to take more every week to document the progress (if anything).

I styled my hair as normal and my hair was very soft. I will update this again once some time has passed.

You also get a free gift if you visit the website on the bottle plus giving your amazon order. I got an email saying it will take 5-10 business days to process since it’s an actual person processing the order and not a computer. It also says that it is full size so we shall see!

Not the way it used to be, This made my hair fall out like crazy!!

So i have been using this shampoo for quite some time, had awesome results in the past with it. Figured Id get this combo back, I am sorry I did. This has made my hair fall out at an exponential rate. At first I thought, okay, maybe this is like rogaine where in the first few weeks all the weak hair shafts fall out to be replenished by stronger ones, so I waited. After a month and a half, all i could tell you is that they didnt grow back stronger, they didnt really come back at all. The scent for this is so much different than the ones I have had in the past, it doesnt moisturize or make the hair look healthier or fuller as it has done in the past (I have used this shampoo for the past two years), this time around they must have changed the ingredients or got a batch messed up, because this will make your hair fall out at an alarming rate, dry out your remaining hair and scalp, and . Be weary please, like I said, I have had great success in the past with this, but I think recently they changed something, the scent is 40x stronger, and it looks the same as the bottles before it, it just dries out and leaves your shedding like crazy. even simply running your fingers through your hair would easily show multiple strands of hair falling into the sink, every single time.

This is after 2 months use, and I used it about 4 times a week. The smell is not wonderful, so that would be my only downfall. It's not terrible either, but smells a little like Bengay. I counter it with a coconut conditioning cream that smells nice. All in all, I'll but it again when it runs out.

Let's see! Does product company want honesty or not? Here's my opinion. I received products yesterday. I used this Biotin shampoo and conditioner for the first time today. First, I used according to instructions, failure!!, for shampoo. My hair is barely shoulder length and I used quarter size amount. I ended up using twice the recommended amount. I'm fairly certain the directions were better suited for men or someone w/ shorter thinner hair. As for the Conditioner, it left my hair in tangles.. My hair ended up feeling very dry when aired dried.
I had previously used and reviewed Biotin Vitamin Hair Growth Shampoo &Conditioner set. So far, I found it a better overall product, but I want to give this new Biotin set a chance. I'll get back to you w/ truer results as a former hair dresser.

I don’t write many reviews at all but after 2 weeks, I had very little fall out, thinker texture (and according to my stylist thicker hair), but shiny and healthy again. My stylist was so impressed she had me send her the link to refer other clients. I’ve only been using it for not even a month and the difference is really amazing!! Also, a little goes a long way so the price is super cheap for how many washes you get. Beyond happy with my purchase and will continue with this and my Biotin supplements.

The product seems to work well for my hair. I have notice that may hair (kinky afro) is in better shape for sure. I am giving my review after approximately two months of using the shampoo and conditioner. My hair was heavily damaged by working long periods in the sun which burned my hair, literally. If I ran a comb through it with break off badly due to the damage. So I decided on this product after doing research and then reading reviews. Hair seems thicker which is a plus I guess but more importantly my hair stopped breaking when combing. I did take hair specific vitamins for men to make sure hair and scalp were getting everything to stop hair coming out. Not trying to go bald just yet. Only suggestion is to make it an all in one...so I can use just one bottle. Put it on, wash it out, and keep moving.

Awful product, do not waste your money on this!! It does not do what it is advertised to. I used this for a month, followed the instructions for use and quantity, but it left my hair feeling greasy, and lank. It did not feel thicker or fuller. I thought that by buying an expensive product, it would be of very high quality, but it is of the worse quality, and I would have been disappointed to have spent £1 on it, but I spent almost £40 on the shampoo and conditioner combined. Do not buy!! Disappointing customer services too.
