From the Author
The hardest part of it was picking which writings and rambles should go into the book and which ones simply did not belong.
In compiling the entries that make up this book I wanted to ensure that Igave perspective from all angles. Some of these are written while I wasmanic and chime how wonderful being manic is. Others are written in thedepth of depression and convey the black dog well ensnarled into mysoul. Still others are written while in a moment of clarity in betweenepisodes.
Unlike "Living Bipolar" which offers more of a clinical approach and describes bipolar disorder, the diagnosis process and theups and downs, "Bipolar Bits" presents moments captured forever in timewithin each entry in the book.
I can only hope it helps you deal with your disorder or the illness of someone near to you, and that youstay tuned for more is yet to come in the "My Bipolar World" series.
