This craft punch was slightly smaller than I had hoped for the money. However, it did cut nicely, even on a slightly thicker paper (cardstock). It seemed to be an older item. It came in dated packaging and was covered in dust, though that did not take away from the quality of the actual item.

This is a sturdy punch that makes a good size leaf but this style of punch is large to store and doesn't stack neatly. I prefer the ones that fold flat and store easier but this was the style and size I wanted. It works great and was a good value.

Full disclosure - I did not take the punch out of the package, so I don't know how well it worked. I wanted to be able to return it because it is NOT 3 inches in size, as you can see by the pictures. The punch itself is actually also really huge in size. Maybe it's right for a project where you need small leaves, but for a fall leaf assortment, this was not right for me.
