I would still have quite a bit to suggest for a potential third edition. Many of the maps are still flawed and provide little insight into seasonal movements. The book could also contain a few more details on taxonomy without adding much bulk. I would really love to see an updated Central Africa field Guide that covers Angola and the Congo Basin south to the Zambezi River. It would be a nice complement to recently updated guides on Western, Eastern, and Southern Africa.
