These gloves are really comfortable to wear and really easy to use. The gloves themselves fit almost any size of hands and fingers. I wear a medium size in gloves and these fit me with some room. The lights themselves are really bright as you can see from the video. These do come ready to use. No matter which way I point, the light will shine in that area and a little more than just the small area. I included a picture of the lights themselves because even though they are small, they produce and emit enough light that is a lot bigger than what I thought they were going to emit with that size. I have used these gloves while camping and they really did come in handy more than I thought they would. I have been using these gloves for different means and every time I use these, they have not only helped me but really do help in either dim lit or dark areas.
