The story of Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter began in Belgium in early 2007 from a simple but brilliant idea. Culinary enthusiast Els Scheppers had the idea to create a creamy spread with the taste of Lotus Biscoff cookies. Hola, acabo de recibir mi producto hace 5 min y me llego en este estado. Quedo muy decepcionada ya que era para unas pruebas de producto y si me funcionaba para mi empresa iba a comprar en grandes cantidades. Según la política no puedo hacer nada. Deberían abrir un canal de comunicación para estas quejas y tener más cuidado con el empaquetado de sus productos.

Ordered and received the very next day...which is good. However, I'm disappointed that the silver seal was broken and already opened (which I did read from other reviews, but still decided to take a chance) when I unscrewed the cap so I'm not sure how safe it'll be to eat. Also, not too pleased with the value for this small jar...maybe I should've read carefully and not assumed that I was gonna get a large jar for the price I was paying. I'll go with one of the other suppliers next time on Amazon for the same size at $6.99 vs. the $18.71 + tax I just paid. Giving this a 2 since the flavour is still good.
