I have no idea why all the reviews are so good. The metal on these is VERY thin sheet metal that distorts when you push down on the dough, making the cut shape uneven. The bottom is either dull or uneven and it almost never gives a solid cut - you have bits stuck to the dough still. Absolute garbage, going in the trash.

Also, almost half the thickness (0.3mm vs 0.56mm). This is to explain how very thin and easily deformed they are.
