Reality series that follows Sam (Owner of DogFishHead Brewery) as he and his team create some very interesting beers through field research and Sam's own less than ordinary ideas. It's done well, he's genuinely interesting and easy to listen to. The rap part was kind of dumb, but it was short enough that it was sort of funny in one of the episodes. And the Miles Davis collaboration was awesome, as was the collaboration and subsequent trip to New Zealand (collaborated with a brewery there). I wish there were more episodes.

Loved the series, Love the beer,I am totally instep with Sams thought process of discovery. This is a great for people who don't understand the Micro Brew revolutions theory of it is OK not to taste like Big Beer. There is more to life then Big Beer and their Horses. Walk on the wild side of beer it is OK to do it. The series explores different cultures of beer and teaches a bit about the history of beer.

Dogfish Head beer got me into craft beer and I have never looked back. Heard about this show from a friend who home brews. This really highlights Sam Calagione and the Dogfish head company's passion and care they bring to brewing. I have a new appreciation for beer and Dogfish head after this. I hope they bring this show back.

I am so sad I never knew about this show when it was on the air. Sam Calagione is wonderfully down to earth and engaging. You don't have to know much about beer to understand what is happening in this show. The stories are fascinating and humor delightful. I wish this had lasted more than one season!

Loved this series, which has inspired me to take my home brewing to the next level. The story of Dogfishhead Brewery and Sam Calagione is an important example of ethical business practices leading to success. The technical aspects of the video shine as well.

If you are a fan of off-centered craft beer you probably already know about Dogfish Head and their unusual line-up. This series explores the stories behind several of Dogfish Head's unusual brews from concept to release.

The attention to detail and quality is apparent as you learn more about Sam Calagione and his team.

My only disappointment is that the series only produced 5 episodes. I want more...

I saw this series on Netflix and really wanted to re-watch it so I purchased it on Amazon Prime. If you're interested in brewing beer this is a great series to watch. Sam, the owner of Dogfish head is very charismatic and makes the show fun to watch. There's also a lot of technical aspects of the show and it takes you behind the scenes to show you the innovation at work in the brewing process. I would highly recommend this show.
