About the Author

Born in Seminole, Oklahoma, and raised in central Kansas, Nancy spent twenty-three years of her young married life as a cosmetologist. In 1989, she became an independent business owner when her and her husband, Troy, bought a restaurant and a few rentals. In 2003, when Troy and Nancy retired, she opened several antique booths and enjoyed traveling to Dallas to visit her two children and their families. During her lifetime, she had written several songs, poems, and pro bono obituary items for friends and family. She was accepted by the National Society of Poetry to publish one of her items. In 2009, she decided to pull out many of her past written excerpts and go for publication in hopes of keeping her busy and creative. She has tried to live by the adages "Trust God," "Live your dreams," and "Always pay it forward." --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.
