I loved Nicolas. He's hot, sexy and because of his loyalty to his high school sweetheart Justina but tragedy struck. He comes back to town and spends time with Julianna against his will.
If you like to become absorbed in: action, suspense, magic and deep rooted friendship then Black Hellebore (Heroes of Falledge Book 1) is just the right book for you!
Julianna is Justina's twin sister who missed her sister very much . Julianna has always loved Nicolas as a brother, until something changed, people change, and feelings change.
Nicole Zoltack is a talented writer and it shows in her storyline and her characters. Emotions run high in this action packed book. Where the suspense, magic had me from the very first page, along with the powerful friendship/love that conquers all.
I liked this story very much even though I normally don't read contemporary books. This sounded interesting and it was. I was glad that I read it and couldn't wait to see what happens next. My favorite character is the witch, she brings a nice twist to the story.
I began reading this with no knowledge of the plot. I assumed that it was a straightforward current day romance. I was thrilled , after falling in love with Nick, the hero, to find that he is actually a superhero in progress !! Big surprise!!
Good writing, I was fully immersed into the action and romance. The character building is mature and well thought out.
Read it ! You will not be disappointed!
I received this book free from one of the book subscription emails.
from using. This causes a chain reaction of events that propels him to leave the ton of Falledge.
