The Black Jack Fig has large purplish fruit with strawberry red flesh. This fig variety is a heavy producer, treating you to lots of sweet and juicy fruit. The Black Jack is a natural semi dwarf, and can be kept under 6 to 8 feet tall with pruning. The figs ripen June to September. Consider this variety in a container on a large porch, patio or deck. Full sun, and hardy to USDA zone 7 and all higher zones. Our trees are shipped potted in soil to ensure a healthier start when planted in orchard or garden. The trees are about 3 to 4 feet tall when shipped. Give this tree as a gift to any plant lover you may know.
