The book has over 800 photographs and a small percentage are grainy. I could not find any photos out of sequence. What I like about the photos is that they photographed the critical point of the technique so that you can see what is being done, unlike some books where the throw looks great but you don't know how they got there. There is a lot of information in the book and very little Japanese termenology. It includes pressure points and weapons ( a two foot club and nunchaku). The caption are short and to the point. Could the book be better? Yes it can be, but with so much information I don't mind some of the grainy photos and I'm glad that its all in english.
Student of NGA
Sensei Bowe was responsible for the highest quality and most accurate NGA training that Sensei Kopitov's has ever received . When he came to Sensei Bowe's Guttenberg dojo over ten years ago, in many ways he began from scratch as Sensei Bowe had to diligently undo much of the instruction he received before. Sensei Kopitov trained exclusively for over a decade with Shihan Bowe.
If you take issue with Sensei Kopitov style or form I suggest you ask Sensei Bowe himself. Plus it is childish, silly and looks like somebody else put you up to slam the book.
