Columbus Discovered America . . . But Who Discovered
From the Inside Flap
Columbus Discovered America . . . But Who Discovered Europe?
Were the ancient Egyptians black? Did Egyptian explorers land in Greece some 4,000 years ago? Did they plant colonies, establish royal houses, and bring civilization to Europe?s savage tribes? Did the secret rites of their temple cults later resurface among the Knights Templar and the Freemasons? In Black Spark, White Fire, Richard Poe provides startling answers to these questions and more.
?Brilliant. . . . Poe has produced a classic volume . . . splendid in its conception and powerful in its execution?a major work.??Molefi Kete Asante, author of The Afrocentric Idea
?Superb. . . . I am convinced that within 20 years Richard Poe?s views will be seen as closer to the historical truth than those of the present defenders of the status quo. The book is clear, well-written, and hard to put down. While we disagree on a number of issues, Black Spark, White Fire is the popular book that I am incapable of writing.??Martin Bernal, author of Black Athena
?It is refreshing to hear the Afrocentric theory of ancient Egypt argued so persuasively, from a viewpoint that is neither liberal nor conservative, black nor white.??Armstrong Williams, syndicated columnist and TV talk show host

Not only that but DNA testing was conducted on modern day Egyptians, and after intermixing with several foreign invaders 50% fell under the B group, the same as West Africans.
This has ALWAYS been true, despite popular misuse of the term (mainly by the media).
Semite: A member of a group of Semitic-speaking peoples of the Near East and northern Africa, including the Arabs, Arameans, Babylonians, Carthaginians, Ethiopians, Hebrews, and Phoenicians.
Ancient African languages represented a stage of linguistic development which predated the division of the languages of the Near East and Africa into semitic and hamitic branches.
The Ancient African or Afro-asiatic languages actually separated around 12,000 B.C.E., the Ancient African languages was the great parent language of these two great language groups or branches, ("mother tongue") from which they all descended.
These Ancient African languages are from an large family of languages spoken in parts of western Africa, northern Africa and southwest Asia, comprising the Semitic, Chadic, Cushitic, Berber, and ancient Egyptian languages; formerly known as Hamito-Semitic (no longer in Scientific usage).
Sir Henry Rawlinson, the translator of primitive Babylonian documents, declares the vocabulary employed to be "decidedly Cushite or Ethiopian." -George Rawlinson, 1885 C.E.
Nimrod, and therefore probably his people, was of Cushite [African] origin, has been strenuously denied by some, even among modern critics.
But ancient classical tradition and recent linguistic research agree in establishing a close con-nection between the early inhabitants of the lower Mesopotamian plain and the people, which, under the various names of Cushites, Ethiopians, and Abyssinans, has long been settled upon the middle Nile. -George Rawlinson, 1885 C.E.
Black Spark White Fire : Did African Explorers Civilize Ancient Europe? by Richard Poe is a very good book. Should be in every class room in this country. African American and others are moving away from fantasy history. The Time has COME!
