The BlackRapid Sport Breathe Camera Strap is designed to be worn across a right-handed user's body, draped from the left shoulder to the right hip. Incorporating a generously-sized, moisture-wicking shoulder pad, this strap is built for the sport or adventure photographer who is carrying one camera and intends to move quickly whether on flat or rugged terrain. The Sport Breathe further stabilizes the attached camera when used with its included BlackRapid Brad Breathe Stabilizing Strap. The Brad Breathe secures this strap under the user's left shoulder and prevents the attached camera from twisting as it rests along one's right side. When camera movement along the side is less of a concern, the Brad Breathe is easy to remove. For left-handed photographers, the Sport Left Breathe Camera Strap can be slung over the right shoulder, and includes a Brad Breathe as well. To attach to a camera or a lens, the BlackRapid Sport Breathe Camera Strap features a durable, brass and zinc-alloy CR-3 ConnectR locking carabiner. An included BlackRapid FR-5 FastenR Breathe creates a connection point using a camera or lens's 1/4"-20 tripod mount. The FR-5 FastenR Breathe has a large, integrated D-ring for easy use with BlackRapid straps that utilize a CR-3 ConnectR. The length of this strap is adjustable from 36.0 to 65.7" and its nylon webbing measures up to 1.0" wide. Spring-loaded bumper locks that can be slid up and down the length of the strap's webbing make it especially easy to limit excess camera movement along the length of the Sport Breathe. When multiple cameras or lenses need to be carried, a separately-available BlackRapid CoupleR Strap allows a BlackRapid Sport-series camera strap to be joined with a second camera strap, that is also compatible with a CoupleR, to create a functional double-camera harness. By folding over a CR-3 ConnectR, the Lockstar Breathe prevents unintentional user contact with a CR-3 ConnectR that could cause it to accidentally unlock.

I like this strap a lot for all of the positive reasons given in other feedback and reviews. It does relieve the strain on my neck but by the end of the day I did feel a little strain on my shoulder. Nothing significant but it was there. I love the convenience of the clips that hold the camera in place. Bending over or just walking was easier with the camera generally held in a fixed place at my side. The little strap that goes under your arm is a little awkward to attach. It does tend to fall of when being stored or even when putting the strap on. But once secured on my shoulder it was fine.
I ordered the standard strap but after I received it I realized that even though I am right handed I always carry my camera on the left side. I will likely end up buying an additional one that is for left side carry.
I like this strap a lot and it is hard for me to envision using anything else for the foreseeable future.
Customer support, when I pointed out the design problem, was, in the end, insulting. The rep cheerfully offered to "help" and asked me to send receipts and photos. I did so. What followed was another cheerful email in which the rep told that everything was working as planned, and sent me the URL to their site where I could fork over another $20 to replace the stabilizing strap. That was their "help."
Because the Breathe is a cross-body strap, it does interfere a bit with binoculars warn on a harness (suspenders), but less than I'd feared. It's comfortable to wear for extended periods. So far I've noticed no problems with the attachment to the tripod foot working loose, although I do use a backup (a Joby tether laced to one of the camera's strap lugs).
The main flaw, as other reviews have noted, is that the "Brad" under-arm stabilizing strap attaches to the back of the shoulder pad with an S hook instead of a quick-release clip as at the front. So when you un-clip the Brad to remove the Breathe Sport, the hook is the only thing keeping the Brad from falling off and possibly getting lost--and it falls off easily. Since the Brad is not a vital part of the strap, this is more of a nuisance than a fatal flaw, and yes, you can try to be obsessive about immediately re-clipping the Brad to the front of the pad, but you shouldn't have to.
