We use extractors a bit and ran across this set. We just got it is unfortunately pretty disappointing. None of the extractors in the kit work anywhere near as well as similarly designed extractors we have that are other brands.

I purchased this thinking I was going to get all variety options so i could pick at my face. The tool I needed the most is not part of that option. Lots of pimple pushing tools but no tweezer to pull out ingrown hair. It had too many of the same type of tools and I I don’t need that many options of the SAME thing.

Made no sense.

I do like the hooked tweezer device. It looks like caption Hook hooked arm. It pops the acne and you can pull out nasty white or black heads with it. My only tool I use from this set. The rest is kinda the same and useless.

Sorry I don’t know what these individual tools are called but the one I needed most is not in the set and the rest of the tools almost useless.

I haven't used all the tools yet. Honestly, I don't know that I'll ever need to them all, but wow... every zit I've used the tool on has popped with perfection and the pus inside has came out easily. No blood. No scaring, no scab. The crazy, sharp "Shepard's Hook" (as I call it) and tweezers are perfect for black heads.

If you have acne, a lot or a little, get this set. If you're a crazy zit popper that likes mutilation of the infected area, don't get this; it's way too clean and cordial for you.

There are no instruction. I had no idea what did what. I ended up with red marks on my face from pressing down hard enough for anything to come out of my pores. I thought I was using wrong instrument. Nope. My face looked worse for a week or so. It looked like I broke out a bit. I had a clean face and instruments were clean. Waste.

The stainless steel makes it easy to clean and disinfect. The set has everything you need in it and is easy to learn how to use. (youtube) I do wish a instruction sheet would have came with it to describe what the tools did. But my daughter has been able to keep the battle of the pimple at bay with these.
